Job Description

Reporting to the International Talent Acquisition Director, this is a newly created role within the Talent Acquisition team for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to support the Recruiter focused on all roles within the R&D facility. As such a key element of the position will be to coordinate and organise interviews working with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Working with hiring managers and candidates to secure interview availability
* Using the relevant tools and systems to schedule interviews, confirm appointments and book meeting rooms
* Sending candidate interview confirmations, location details, interview schedules
* Ensure a top rate candidate experience by acting as the face of the Talent Acquisition team by meeting and greeting all candidates
* Assisting the Recruiter to produce offer letters and contracts
* Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting with diary management of key stakeholders

Key Requirements

* Strong administrative background either as a HR Admin or Recruitment Co-ordinator
* Substantial experience scheduling interviews involving people in different time zones
* Some travel required for training, meetings and onboarding
