You will assist with the 360 recruitment cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with hiring manager and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. This may include: advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, sourcing and vetting candidates and organising recruitment campaigns. This role is very fast paced and you need to have experience working at high volumes, building strong talent pipelines and also managing assessment centres. You will also be managing a ATS system, the ideal candidate will already have experience using an ATS.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of in house or agency recruitment experience, ideally working within the education sector. The ideal candidate will be immediately available immediately however we will consider candidates on 1-2 weeks' notice.
