You will have overall responsibility for the Recruitment cycle for both Fee Earners and Business Services ensuring the firms diversity pronciples throughout the process. A hands on recruitment role that will see the successful candidate supporting the team and indeed the partnership on all levels of recruitment, advising and coaching on best practice whilst working collaboratively with the rest of the HR team.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates ideally with previous legal experience currently working at Manager level. You will have a good level of line management exposure and have proven experience of having developed and mentored a team. The business will also consider candidates from other partnership environments within the professional services field.
