¡Hola Barcelona! Estoy buscando a un L&D y Talent Coordinator para una organización internacional para su sede en Barcelona ciudad.

I'm looking for someone who is fluent both in English and in Spanish and who has experience in the following:

Scheduling/Delivery of L&D and Talent content: Coordinate, schedule, communicate, and help execute in person and online development

* Own end to end Business as Usual development programmes such as Onboarding, Management development programmes, soft skills development and some general development. You will book rooms, schedule programmes, work with suppliers, manage invoices and lead on some delivery such as Onboarding new employees.

Management of L&D admin

* Keep up to date on knowledge of local legislation related to development and ensure relevant legal/administrative activities are in place across international sites.

Material maintenance

* Maintain, update, and create content including presentations, recordings, knowledge checks, documentation, etc.

Proof read/brand

* Help review/proof new development content and collateral (presentations, documentation, one-sheeters, activities, etc.).

Website Management

* Manage, develop, and maintain content on our company-wide Learning Lab pages. Drive user centric, communication and engagement strategy to ensure website traction.

Learning Management System

* At the moment the company does not have a Learning Management system.
* Eventually the role will require configure, administer, and maintain online recordings, courses, quizzes, and learning paths on our Learning Management System when in place.

Maintain Talent data and actions

* Ensure Talent data is kept up to date and talent actions are followed up on.

L&D Reporting and analytics

* Produce reports and analytics on data on a monthly basis.
* You will gather training metrics (completion of pre-work/postwork/online, attendance, feedback, Return on Investment).
* Produce a dashboard monthly to look at various ROI stats (hours of development, behaviours change in the workplace) cross reference against other analytics - including engagement to build a wider picture to make suitable inferences/decisions re continuous improvement.
* Review quarterly to build in continuous improvement with suppliers.

Maintain budget tracking (monthly)

* Keep Budget tracker up to date - and sign off invoices to project.
