Job Description

Change Manager, London, £60,000

The Change Manager will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, facilities, job roles and organisation structures. A primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage whilst minimising resistance. The Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefits realisation, value creation, Return on Investment and the achievement of results and the specified outcomes to agreed metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for defining & delivering Change Management activities to enable the desired business outcomes for projects & initiatives
* Support in the development, implementation & adoption of the LR Change Management approach & supporting methodologies and tools to align with the Change Programme strategy & Project Management Methodologies
* Work with internal communications to support the design, development, delivery and management of communications associated with change initiatives
* Work with the business to create SMART & actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

Technical Requirements

Has in excess of two years' experience of working on change management projects:

* Has, or is working towards, professional accreditation and/or qualifications and experience in the application thereof
* Proven track record of successful engagement with and management of stakeholders at all levels, good negotiating skills, and excellent influencing skills
* Experience of using change management tools and techniques
* Experience of successful and measurable benefits delivery
* Experience with producing quality Change Management plans that have been successfully delivered
* Experience of delivering organisational change efforts
* Results-oriented and customer focused, whilst ensuring all affected teams are equally engaged and aware of requirements in sufficient time to meet them and what activities & behaviours are required to meet them
* Organised with the ability to plan forwards whilst identifying problems and proposing solutions for consideration.
