Job Description

Transformation Consultant-London Based-£80,000-£110,000

An exciting opportunity which we are working exclusively on has come around for 2 consultants to join an exciting Consultancy in the infancy of its journey whom are already making giant steps to be working with some of the biggest names in the world. They use a truly unique and pioneering approach to fundamentally change the way organisations work from Board to the front line in order to thrive in an increasingly uncertain and complex world. They work across all industry groups and currently hold contracts across a number of FTSE business.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will primarily work with client teams to help them rapidly deliver value in line with their newly defined vision. To do this, the consultant will introduce agile way of working to the client enabling them to deliver value early and often and build sustainable capability so they can be self-sufficient. Introducing agile way of working requires you to work with senior directors to front line staff training, guiding and supporting the teams to embrace new behaviours as well as new tools and techniques. In addition to this you will be a key part in helping the business growth agenda and marketing

Essential functions for the role

This role will require a strong analytical acumen and a high strategic solution orientation to influence and guide discussions as the manager of a complex programme which is transforming how clients deliver projects, programmes and transformations. The successful consultant should be able to:

* Guide clients in defining a vision and strategy
* Training team in the firms agile ways of working
* Providing daily and weekly coaching to client teams ensuring teams can sustain this new way of working
* Tailor the firms agile adoption approach to ensure clients can maintain and sustain this new way of working

The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

* Exceptional track record of delivering value to clients and their employers

* Confident to constructively challenge the status quo in order to do the right thing
* Self-Starter and entrepreneurial
* Fun and Personable

Knowledge and Skills required

The successful candidate will have a strong experience in successfully supporting large scale change/transformation programmes however does not need agile qualifications (though this would be preferable):

* Have been trained by a large reputable management consulting firm via their graduate programme focusing on strategy and change management
* Management skills to manage one or more large, complex programmes/projects simultaneously
* Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust and delivering on promises
* Strong facilitator confident in working with large senior client teams
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
