Job Description
The business have implemented a variety of SuccessFactors modules, and you will help them get the most out of the system and ensure they are exploiting its functionality to its greatest potential. You would be responsible for general management of their HRIS (SuccessFactors), and lead the rollout of global updates. You'll work closely with the vendor to manage system projects and resolve issues, and provide technical expertise to the HR team and wider business. You'll also provide regular reports and analytical insight, train users and ensure data integrity.
The HR Team and wider business will rely on you as the standalone SuccessFactors expert, so you'll need to have demonstrable experience of working with the full suite of SuccessFactors modules. You will be the main point of contact for analytics requests, so you'll need to be able to run complex analytical reports and draw insight from large datasets. You should have experience of supporting staff across multiple sites, and be able to build strong relationships with vendors and employees. Previous experience in Finance or Tech is desirable but not essential, however you must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
