Job Description

My clients in-house Talent team at is growing and evolving. responsible for identifying and hiring high quality people to help build the future success of our business as we go through a period of unprecedented growth.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Partner to focus on recruiting talent across our creative, design and strategy teams.

As a Senior Talent Partner you will own the end-to-end process, working with stakeholders to understand and define needs, develop and deliver a strategy to find and engage talent through to hire and on-boarding.

We are focused on candidate experience, data and insight-driven recruiting and being true consultants and subject matter experts to effectively find and hire the people that will build the future of the company


Stakeholder Management

Working with our creative directors, chief design officer, Capacity Planning, Staffing and Talent Lead to define recruitment priorities for the creative, design and strategy teams

Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates

Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, facilitate debriefs and enable fair and structured decision making

Sourcing and Selection

Build, grow and nurture local and global networks of creative, design and strategy professionals for roles in the UK.

Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and community building approaches to find, attract and engage top talent

Conduct thorough screening interviews to summarise candidate's capabilities, aspirations and drivers

Promote the company referral scheme and own the referral process for the domain.

Develop offline sourcing and brand building opportunities such as events, meetups, conferences and content marketing as part of your talent engagement strategy

Candidate Experience

Create and ensure delivery of an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey in partnership with other functions such as Staffing, People and Talent Ops teams

Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the candidate journey right through to final negotiations and on-boarding

Market Insights and Reporting

Act as a true talent partner and consultant to hiring managers and Talent leadership

Bring insights on the talent markets and best practices to the leadership team

Provide and maintain accurate data and prepare MI Reports as needed

Maintain data cleanliness on all systems to enable clean and accurate reports

Carry out regular competitor analysis

Talent Branding

Showcase the proposition on platforms such as LinkedIn and other social media platforms and content channels

Attend discipline specific networking events and work with the wider team in hosting events to enhance our talent brand in the market.

Work with the creative and strategy teams to generate relevant content (eg. Day in the life or Career Journey stories) to feed into our Talent Branding strategy

Resource and share relevant secondary content from the market which can be utilised to assist in building your personal brand, talent networks and candidate pools

Work with the Candidate Experience Manager to promote the company culture initiatives


Proven experience and success in end-to-end talent acquisition activities for permanent hiring

It is essential to have proven experience successfully recruiting talent across digital creative, design or strategy disciplines which might include any of Experience Design (UX), Digital Design, UI Design, Product Design, Service Design, Experience Strategy

Strong Interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building and collaboration

Knowledge, insight and data-driven approach to talent acquisition

Showcase the ability to think outside the box and be innovative throughout the candidate journey

Experience of using traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools/methods

Have experience of owning the 360-degree "talent agenda"

Prior experience in-house is not essential, but you should have ideally recruited for agencies, consultancies or clients with strong digital design or creative focus.
