More specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees recieve an efficient and high touch HR service predominantly in London but with the chance to get involved globally. You will be assisting with personnel records, leading the new joiner process, supporting with the graduate and experienced hire recruitment process, run inductions as well as undertaking other supportive duties such as salary reviews, benefits and ad hoc project work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in an HR Admin role (ideally within the financial or professional services) to join a team who is committed to developing this individual and really propelling their HR career.
