Job Description

A great opportunity to join one of the leading global law firm within their expanding Graduate recruitment team.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the UK Graduate Recruitment team, located in London, and will provide administrational support across the graduate recruitment team.
This will include administrative organisation of events such as booking fairs, creation of name badges, catering and delivery of materials. Full responsibility for the administration and coordination of events associated with Assessment Centres - room booking, greeting candidates etc.
General administration - processing invoices, budget tracking, room and equipment bookings, booking travel and accommodation etc.
The ideal candidate will have a background of working within a professional organisation, ideally within their recruitment team. If you have experience of supporting their graduate programme that would be great but not essential.
What is essential is that you are as self-starter with strong organisational skills, a team player with a hands on approach to work. The ability to multi task and prioritise workload.
Agile working is encouraged.
