Job Description

Role Summary

The role of Process Improvement Analyst is offered on a 9 months FTC to support implementation of a new People system and be instrumental in developing future processes aligned to the deployment of new technology in the People Team.

As Process Improvement Analyst you will use lean methodology to proactively review existing people processes to identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, quality, governance and cost with the key focus on delivery of the best possible people experience.

Key Accountabilities

*Gain a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of existing processes across the whole People Team
*Identify opportunities to maximise efficiency, improve quality, reduce cost and apply appropriate governance to existing and future people processes
*Make actionable recommendations for immediate improvements around the people experience for in advance of new technology coming in
* Work collaboratively with appropriate stakeholders to agree and implement these process improvements.
*Develop a process architecture and governance to capture and maintain all people processes

You will have been through the HR Shared Services model and be able to demonstrate experience in using lean methodology.

Skills & Competencies

The successful candidate will be able to work virtually from home and to start immediately.

*Practical experience using lean methodology to re-engineer processes
*Strong effective communicator at all levels within the business
*Proven track record of delivering process improvements in a HR Shared Services environment
*Analytical thinking and ability to understand and interpret information
*Resilient, tenacious and detail conscious
