Job Description

I am delighted to be supporting my client in recruiting a HR Shared Services Administrator to join their operation based in North Manchester. Opportunity to join a really lovely team working within a positive company culture. Due to current guidance, there will be a need to work from home. This role is available for an immediate start.

The role will involve providing HR Administration support to the business across the full employee life cycle including:

*Assisting with Recruitment, administering vacancies and completing relevant tracking
*Ensuring a smooth onboarding process, producing written offers of employment and collating relevant paperwork
*Arranging access/log ins to systems and tools for new starters
*Administration of all changes to employee terms and conditions
*Employee relations administration including disciplinary and grievances
*Providing any relevant information to support payroll
*Ensure all leavers are administered appropriately, liaising with internal stakeholders
*Liaise with line managers regarding employee long service milestones or recognition awards

If you have experience working in a similar HR Administration capacity then I would be keen to speak to you about this opportunity. You will need to have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise effectively whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and good IT skills.

This is a permanent role with a salary of £21,000 plus benefits.
