HR Administrative Assistant (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities

* Responsible for administrative and organizational activities as part of personnel support (organization of onboarding new colleagues, maintaining personnel files, drawing up contracts and certificates, etc.)
* Support the recruitment team by coordinating appointments for interviews and by taking care of correspondence with applicants
* Participation in the organization and, if necessary, implementation of recruiting events on a national and international level
* Support on general administrative activities when needed

Candidate Profile

* Completed studies in the field of Human Resources or similar
* First professional experience in HR
* Previous experience within the legal or professional services sector is an asset but not a must
* High degree of sense of responsibility, service orientation and good stakeholder management skills
* Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
