Job Description
.Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a Global Consulting firm to recruit a HR Transformation Manager on a permanent basis. The role is London based but remote working is available.
You will join an established and very successful team and will be responsible for delivering HR Transformation into FTSE 100 clients across a broad range of industries.
Your Duties:
* Shape client programmes of work and drive HR functions through process, operating model or technology change.
* Build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis.
* Leverage HR transformation expertise to generate new client opportunities.
Skills:
* A proven track record of consulting and the ability to build relationships.
* Specific HR Transformation knowledge, HR strategy, HR Technology, HR Process and controls, Target Operating Model design and service delivery.
* Strong exposure in delivering HR Transformation activities to large scale transformation programmes.
