Job Description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an international consultancy based in the city. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with strong experience of working within a consultancy previously. This is an integral role, working closely with the relevant business lines as well as various senior stakeholders relating to projects.
Accountabilities include:
* Proactively going to market, via multiple sourcing channels, with a view to sourcing the best possible talent.
* Positioning the firm as an employer of choice whilst conducting candidate screening and interviewing prospective candidates.
* Managing a high volume of permanent vacancies across diverse levels and skills sets, ensuring that priorities are identified and met.
* Using your market knowledge and best practice to ensure that all roles are sourced effectively.
As this is an integral role, they are looking for someone who must be a proven recruiter with a good track record in Buildings, Infrastructure, Water or Environment, or within a consultancy previously.
