Job Description

My client a fast paced and dynamic property business going through an exciting growth stage is looking to appoint a Head of Talent to join the HR Team.

An exciting opportunity for a Head of Talent to build the Talent Development and Talent Acquisition strategy for the business. As Head of Talent you will have a team of two covering both L&D and Talent Acquisition to support the growing headcount and will report into the HR Director. You will be both identifying talent within the business building succession planning, capability and leadership development alongside creating a model for securing, recruiting and retaining the best talent.

Looking at Talent Development you will work with the L&D Partner to evaluate, design and implement learning and development plans for the business. You will look at talent across the business and create succession planning and competency frameworks in order to monitor the development of all employees and create new internal opportunities for them.

From a Talent Acquisition prospective you will identify the current recruitment needs of the business and build a strategy that improves resourcing and business performance. This will include best was to attract talent and talent pipelining for the future. You will manage senior hires from Director to C-Suite level considering workforce planning across all teams. As a talent expert you will implement a employee value proposition for the business both internally and externally, building key relationships with all stakeholders.

As a blended role to be successful in this position you will have worked as senior level talent professional in a fast growing business. You will have had oversight of both areas of talent although can specialise in one area, however you must be able to demonstrate that you have worked across both talent acquisition and talent development. You will be used to working at a senior level interacting with senior Directors and the board.

Location: London and WFH

Salary: £95,000 - £100,000
